Vertical Falls

Arrived in Darwin late on Saturday night. Its the ‘Build-up’ season and the temperature and humidity are impossibly high – making it very uncomfortable!
I took a trip out to Litchfield National Park on Sunday. Litchfield is about 70 miles south of Darwin. We saw some massive termite mounds and stopped at 3 different waterfalls – Wangi, Tolmer and Florence falls. At all the these falls the water went from top to bottom in the traditional fashion!

At Wangi Falls we came across a colony of Flying foxes.
